MONTHLY SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE:

1). Bearings:

• Check temperature

• Measure vibrations

• Oil level Grease level is to be checked

• Check for strange noises

2). Volute casing (upper part – lower part):

• Check for corrosion and wear

3). Shaft with bearing:

• Check for smooth running

4). Coupling:

• Check alignment

• Check pads for wear

5). Stuffing box seal Mechanical seal:

• Check for leaks

• Check for wear

6). Pipework:

• Check for leaks

7). Complete pump:

• Check for leaks

• Cleaning

Six month Schedule:

The following maintenance work is to be carried out at 6-monthly intervals

Complete pump:

• Check mounting of pump on the foundation

Motor:

• Check mounting of motor on the foundation

Annually maintenance schedule:

The following maintenance work is to be carried out at annual intervals.

• Complete service according to instructions form Andritz AG (Oil change Grease change, impeller check, etc.)
